Farmer

Farming requires land cultivation and produces food and commodities for the masses. We can't control mother nature, but we can be more fruitful by decreasing input costs, improving soil and plant ecology, improving harvest quality and yields, all while practicing good stewardship.

Importance of Soil Ecology

In order to maximize production – decreasing costs while increasing yields – we must focus on soil health. For some, that's a dirty word combination. When we talk about soil health, we're referring to the ecology of the soil. The most important factors in soil ecology are the microorganisms within the soil, the microbial communities. Maintaining the proper balance of good to bad microbes within these communities is the key to successful farming.

"Our microbe formulations are sourced from plants, soils, and animals, so they are all naturally occurring microorganisms. It's our duty, as agriculturalists, to be stewards of our land. We must leave our soils in better shape than when we started using them for future generations to come. Wind River Microbes is committed to giving back what God gave us in the beginning".

SOIL CARE BOTTLE.webp

SoilCare

SoilCare is a 100% natural mix of 74 species of beneficial microbes—bacteria, archaea, and fungi that plants must have for full health. Our proprietary mix of microbes strengthen the ecosystem in soils and other growing media. Plants can’t directly consume most nutrition bound up in soil; they depend on microbes to process it for them, to make nutrients “bioavailable.” Plants team with microbes to defend themselves against pests and pathogens such as blight, rusts, root rot, and harmful insects, to moderate pH and salinity and to improve water retention and soil aeration.

BioSoil

BEST USED ON TREES, SHRUBS & WOODY PLANTS

Wind River Microbes BioSoil Formula is a pathogen inhibitor, antifungal, and growth stimulator. It "chokes out" harmful pathogens detrimental to plant life, growth, and production, including Fusarium spp. It helps reduce the incidence of various fungi, including Verticillium spp. As with other Wind River Microbes soil solutions, BioSoil increases water retention, controls nitrogen fixation, breaks down soil contaminants, balances pH, and increases oxygenation. Less fertilizer inputs are required following the first application, thus decreasing production costs.

* Please see the product label for all dosage and application rates.

Features

✓ Designed for woody plants, but may be used in other soil applications

✓ Breaks down organic matter into humus

✓ Increases water retention and aeration

✓ Functions well in topsoil and subsoil

✓ Unlocks soil-bound nutrients

✓ Formula is more fungal dominant

✓ Phosphorous-cycling genera includes Bacillus, Pseudomonas

✓ Rhizobium, Aspergillus, Actinomycetes, arbuscular mycorrhiza

Gardener

From Urban Jungle To Food Forest,

We've got you covered...

Whether you're a plant dad, urban jungle enthusiast or a plantista, gardeners are small-scale farmers. They cultivate a small area of land for private food and flower production, as well as mental health enhancement. There are several types of gardening including in-ground, raised bed, container, hydroponic, aquaponic and aeroponic. Most grow vegetables, flowers and herbs either in their back yard or in community gardens. Home gardeners are meticulous. They notice every bee, butterfly or beneficial insect but can also identify harmful intruders.

Many indoor gardeners even name their plants like Charlotte and Jasper, for a personal bond. We enjoy healthy growth and beautiful flowers and produce. We understand many home gardeners are feeding their families, and prefer organic production methods. Our focus is to help you improve growing media health, increase plant longevity, improve harvest quantity and quality, and enjoy the fruits of your labor.

Family Garden

More Root = More Fruit

We have a saying around here…"more root equals more fruit." Roots are the foundation of the plant, just like your feet. If you're 7'-0" tall, but only wear a size 3 shoe, your foundation is not broad or stable enough to support your height and growth – there's a high likelihood you'll fall over. So, in order to grow strong, healthy, productive plants, you must focus on building a strong root system. A strong root system stems from a nutrient and microbe-rich growing medium.
